The Minister’s Roundtable is a free peer-to-peer mentoring experience for senior ministers of all CCLNetwork churches that is designed to provide you a safe and consistent source of support, encouragement, and care.
Access to the MEF
The Ministerial Emergency Fund operates as a partnership between the CCLNetwork, Kairos Benevolence Partners, and the Pension Fund of the Christian Church to provide ministers assistance during a financial emergency.
Automated Church Health Assessment
The Church Health Assessment produces a downloadable PDF report that shows your church’s tendencies toward the New Testament Model (a biblical culture) and the Contemporary Model (an unhealthy culture).

Weekly blogs are written by experienced ministers to encourage your spiritual health, focus your efforts on biblical and relevant ministry, and sharpen your leadership skills.

The CCLNetwork primarily serves Independent Christian Churches & Churches and their ministers, elders, and volunteer leaders.
Ministry is hard, and trying to do ministry in isolation is downright brutal. The CCLNetwork provides the coaching, community, and support you need to be effective and to sustain in ministry.Â
Research indicates that ministers are more satisfied, effective, and sustainable when they are engaged in a structured coaching relationship. If you need a coach, the Network Premier membership is for you. The Network+ membership may be a good option if you already have a coach and are looking for additional community, training, resources, and support.
Led by Dr. Tim Wallingford, our team consists of staff members, volunteers, and teachers who are ministry veterans. Some of our team members include Dan Garrett, Mike Miller, Mark Moore, David Roberson, Bob Russell, Rick Shonkwiler, and David Vaughan.
Our home base is in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area, but we serve churches across the country.
The CCLNetwork is a nonprofit organization that provides highly personalized services and that operates through charitable contributions, sponsorships, and church memberships. We would be honored for you to help our ministry by praying for us and the churches we serve, by lending your leadership skills to a Minister’s Roundtable, by training to be one of our certified coaches, and/or by contributing financially.
