In this lesson, Mark Moore focuses on the importance of leaders who replicate themselves. It encourages leaders to move beyond thinking into a life marked by action and encourages leaders to engage in coaching and mentoring.

Discipleship moves people from hearing to doing and from coming to going. By following the model of Jesus with the 12, we begin to emphasize people over programs or procedures.

About the Study Jesus As Leader:  Our relationship with Jesus Christ defines WHO WE ARE. Our identity then determines our priorities and WHAT WE DO as HIS BODY, the physical expression of Christ on earth (He lives in us). We are called to “imitate Christ,” and “put on Christ.” This training will enable your people to grasp servant-leadership and embrace the Christian Mission.

Dr. Mark Moore gives insights into Christ’s mission. Mission for us is BEING LIKE JESUS IN CHARACTER AND MISSION. That mission is expressed by Jesus in the Great Commission. Is your ministry founded on the mission of Christ? What this helpful? Let us know!
