As a Co-Lead Pastor, you’ll help cast vision, develop leadership, and nurture a culture that creates space for life change. This role isn’t for the faint of heart. What We’re Looking For:
- An emotionally healthy, visionary leader.

- An experienced team leader, with 10+ years of leadership experience (Master’s degree preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Preaching & Teaching: You’ll preach 24-30 times a year, teaching in various group settings and helping guide the church in our vision to make, mobilize, and multiply disciples.
- Leadership Development: You’ll invest in staff and emerging leaders through coaching, mentoring, and creating leadership pipelines that set people up for success.
- Pastoral Care: You’ll provide care and support for our community through baptisms, weddings, funerals, premarital counseling, hospital visits, and ongoing mentorship.
- Vision Casting: Collaborating with the co-lead and leadership team, you’ll help cast a clear vision for the church's growth and ministry, all focused on our mission to bring people closer to Jesus.
- Operations & Oversight: From helping maintain church facilities to overseeing staff and volunteer recruitment, you’ll ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

A Week in the Life of a Co-Lead Pastor:
- Weekend Content Creation (15-20 hrs): Preparation for weekend services, including prayer, study, research, writing, and creating message slides.
- Co-Leadership & Meetings (5+ hrs): Team meetings, leadership development huddles, and collaborative planning with staff.
- Leadership Development (2-4 hrs): Coaching staff one-on-one, investing in emerging leaders, and creating leadership pipelines.
- Shepherding (3-5 hrs): Pastoral care for staff, leaders, and guests, including follow-ups and relationship-building.
- Organizational Leadership (2-4 hrs): Advocating for church planting, raising up new leaders, and ensuring organizational health.
- Communal Communication (2-4 hrs): Managing church communications, donor development, and overseeing media aligned with our mission.
- Operations & Facility Maintenance (3+ hrs): Shared oversight of building maintenance, staffing, and logistical responsibilities.
