The Center for Church Leadership began at Cincinnati Christian University with a simple but urgent conviction: if you strengthen leaders, you strengthen churches. That conviction still shapes the work we do as a part of Central Bible University today. Find more of our story here.

Why it works

Leaders don’t grow strong in isolation. And they don’t grow through information alone.

That’s why everything we do is built on coaching, cohorts, and collaboration, not just content. We bring leaders together to learn from one another, challenge one another, and move forward together.

And since we’re always better together, we also partner with like-minded organizations and networks to help even more churches and leaders across the country.

Where We Serve

Our home base is in Florence, Kentucky, but our cohorts, partnerships, and resources reach churches and leaders throughout the United States.
