Since November 1990, Paul has been the Senior Minister of the Tri-Village Christian Church in Pataskala, Ohio (near Columbus) and has seen the congregation grow in numbers and health from 65 to approximately 700 in worship attendance.

Paul is a 1986 graduate of Kentucky Christian University, receiving his B. S. degree in Communication, Bible, and Preaching. In 2016, Paul completed a Master’s Degree from KCU in Christian Leadership, with an emphasis on Preaching.

Paul has been married to Barb for 39 years and they have one adult son, Adam, who resides in the Cincinnati area. He enjoys traveling, reading, and connecting with other preachers.

For over 42 years, John served as the solo, senior, or lead pastor at churches in Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, and Florida.

John now serves as Pastor Emeritus of Journey Christian Church and as the Director of the Compelling Preaching Initiative at the Christian Church Leadership Network.

John is married to Melinda (Skaggs). They are parents of two daughters, and the “Pappy and Mimi” to three grandsons.

Dr. Kregg Hood is a national leader in stewardship-related ministry efforts that help Christians give, save, spend, and invest their financial resources according to biblical principles. His books and teaching programs on tithing and Christian financial wisdom have been used in more than 4,200 churches across the country.

Dr. Hood’s extensive congregational ministry includes leading two large churches as senior minister in Texas and Oklahoma as well as serving as a staff minister at megachurches in Texas and Illinois. His business experience includes executive leadership with Christian nonprofits, Christian publishing, and as an executive coach for a variety of secular corporations. Early in his career, Kregg also ministered in Ireland for almost two years.

Kregg earned his doctorate in instructional communication from Texas Tech University. He also holds two master’s degrees from Abilene Christian University, one in preaching and another in missions. His undergraduate degree from Harding University included majors in Bible, biblical languages, and mathematics.

Kregg is also a frequent guest preacher in churches around the country and a contributor to a wide variety of Christian magazines and newsletters. He and his wife make their home in the DFW Metroplex.

Dan Garrett is Director of Church Relations for Christian City in Atlanta, a ministry of foster care, crisis intervention, and housing for 1000 kids and senior adults. He consults with ministers and speaks at churches on the spirituality of generosity.

J. Michael Shannon is a semi-retired preacher and college professor, having taught at Cincinnati Christian University and Johnson University. He holds degrees from Milligan College, Kentucky Christian University, Cincinnati Christian University, and Reformed Theological Seminary. Mike is the author or co-author of ten books and has been a regular columnist for Preaching magazine for over 20 years. Currently, he is the preacher for the Erlanger Church of Christ and is an adjunct professor and lecturer. His hobbies included visiting Presidential sites, collecting Dr. Pepper memorabilia, and anything related to the Cincinnati Reds.

Jeff Faull is a fourth-generation preacher. He is in his 37th year as the Minister of the Mt Gilead Church in Mooresville, Indiana. A graduate of Cincinnati Christian University and of Summit Theological Seminary, Jeff co-founded and led the National Preaching Summit, an organization that promotes preaching excellence. He presently serves as a coach for E2 Effective Elders and also as an Associate Director for Renew Discipleship.

He has been blessed with opportunities to preach and lecture on preaching in multiple places around the globe. He and his wife Valerie have three children and ten grandchildren.

Chris Philbeck retired from full-time ministry in June 2024. Prior to his retirement, he planted a church in Sugar Land, TX (1982-1992), led a turnaround church in Broken Arrow, OK (1992-2001), and led Mount Pleasant Christian Church, a megachurch in Greenwood, IN (2001-2024). Chris is a 1980 graduate of Ozark Christian College. He has served on the board for Central Indiana Christian Mission, The Solomon Foundation, and Restoration Media where he currently writes the “Preach” column in each edition of the Christian Standard. Chris has been married to his wife, Sandy, since February of 1980. They have two children and three grandchildren.
