Soul-Strengthening Cohort: January 2024

These specialized cohorts provide a rigorous, yet rewarding, 12-month process of leading the most difficult, but important person a pastor leads - themself. The cohort is a combination of in-person retreats, ten monthly online coaching sessions as a group, and a monthly online one-on-one meeting with an assigned coach.

To participate in these elite cohorts, the pastor’s church must agree to pay a monthly fee of $250 for 10 months for the ongoing cohort coaching (group and individual).

There are two retreats, one to kick off and one to mark the end of the year-long Cohort. The retreats are provided at no cost to the participating pastor and spouse. The pastor and/or the pastor’s home church is responsible for the cost of travel to/from the Orlando Marriott Lake Mary, FL in addition to the monthly cohort coaching fee.
