CCL KidMin Cohorts

Children’s ministry is essential to the mission of the Church. The way children encounter Scripture, worship, and belonging shapes their understanding of God for years to come. Leading in this space requires theological clarity, creativity, endurance, and a wide range of skills that often go unseen. The hard work of the children's minister deserves sustained support, meaningful encouragement, and continued training.

Join a KidMin Cohort

You don’t have to lead alone.

KidMin Cohorts bring together children’s ministry leaders who are on the same journey. Leaders who want to grow, learn, and reimagine what children’s ministry can be. Inside a cohort, you’ll build meaningful community, share ideas, gain fresh perspective, strengthen your leadership skills, and find encouragement for the work you’re already carrying.

This isn’t just another program.

It’s a growing movement of leaders shaping the future of children’s ministry together.

We offer two distinct ways to support and strengthen children’s ministry leaders:

KidMin Cohorts

Meet with a cohort of peers. Each meeting will focus on a relevant topic or skill through virtual learning modules, one-on-one coaching, and a community of children's ministry leaders. Build skills, share ideas, and get encouragement for the work you're already carrying.
