Every church wants to be healthy. But church health doesn't happen by accident. It begins with the people who lead.

STRONGER is a series of one-day leadership seminars for ministers, elders, and key church leaders who want to lead more effectively to strengthen their church, with connection opportunities in between.

Presented by e2: effective elders, the STRONGER Leadership Seminar Series will combine practical training, relevant resources, and meaningful conversation. Each day will strengthen the leaders who shape your church.

In this seminar, we’ll explore four conversations every church leader needs to have:

• Elder Governance - Healthy churches need healthy leadership structures. Explore how elders can lead effectively, focus on what matters most, and provide the kind of leadership their church needs.
• The Healthy Church - What actually makes a church healthy? Consider the characteristics of healthy churches and the leadership practices that help create an environment where people and ministry can flourish.
• The Healthy Team - Church ministry is a team effort. Learn how trust, unity, communication, and shared leadership can make your ministry team stronger and more effective.
• The Healthy Leader - Church health begins with the leaders. Examine the personal qualities and practices that help leaders remain spiritually, relationally, and emotionally healthy for the long haul.
