What’s a KidMin Cohort?

Each cohort runs for 12 months and includes 9 live, interactive module sessions designed to support both personal growth and ministry practice.

1. Fully online cohort community with fellow participants 2. Nine (9) individual 1-on-1 Zoom coaching sessions Guided by seasoned coaches and ministry practitioners who walk alongside you, offering insight, encouragement, and practical problem-solving for your specific context
