What Is The Time Commitment?
Between the monthly group meeting lasting 60-75 minutes and the one-on-one meeting with your coach lasting around one hour, the total time commitment in Zoom meetings will be 2-3 hours per month. If the cohort member so chooses, there is about 30 minutes of prep work/reflections to be completed before the group meeting. Occasionally, additional resources are provided for the opportunity to dig deeper.
Will there be any flexibility for unexpected or pre-scheduled events?
Unexpected events will always impact your ministry schedule. Hopefully, that will be kept to a minimum. Your KidMin coach will work with you to keep you included in the cohort. If something happens that completely prevents you from participating in the future, please notify your coach, and we will adjust accordingly.
